Imports Club sells luxury, premium, and streetwear clothing, trainers, and style items to customers in Europe.
Product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and availability are presented with as much care as possible. Even so, small differences in colour, presentation, availability, or interpretation may occur due to screens, suppliers, production, photography, or stock updates.
5. Prices and availability
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed under applicable terms.
Product availability may be limited. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Imports Club may contact the customer to present alternatives, wait for restock, adjust the order, or issue a refund when applicable.

When placing an order, the customer must ensure that all provided details are correct, complete, and up to date.
Automatic order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. Imports Club may refuse, cancel, or review orders in cases of evident error, suspected fraud, unavailability, technical issue, incorrect price, or breach of these terms.

PayPal is not active as an available payment method at this time. It may be made available later if officially integrated.

Shipping is handled according to the Imports Club Shipping Policy.
The customer is responsible for providing correct address and contact details. Delays caused by carriers, incorrect details, recipient absence, customs, or external factors may be outside Imports Club direct control.
9. Exchanges and returns
Exchanges and returns are handled according to Imports Club conditions.
The existence of 14-day returns does not mean universal free returns or automatic acceptance in every case. The item must meet criteria such as being unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, within the applicable period, and in line with store rules.
Used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged, or non-compliant items may be refused.
