How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, select the available size or variation, add it to your cart, and continue to checkout. At checkout, enter your contact details, delivery address, and payment method.
Before confirming your purchase, review all order details to avoid mistakes in the address, email, or chosen product.
Can I buy without creating an account?
Yes. When available, you can complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account may make it easier to follow orders, save delivery details, and manage future purchases.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Imports Club currently accepts:

- Debit card
- MB WAY
PayPal is not active as a payment method at this time. It may become available later if officially integrated into the site.
How do I know if my payment was confirmed?
After completing the purchase, you should receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive it, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
If you still cannot find confirmation, contact us at support@importsclubs.com with the email used for the purchase and, if possible, your proof of payment or order reference.
Does Imports Club ship worldwide?
Yes. Imports Club sells to customers across Europe and many other countries. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on country, product, carrier, and the address entered at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
After payment confirmation, the order enters processing. Processing time may vary depending on item availability, order volume, data validation, and logistics preparation.
During high-demand periods, campaigns, drops, or relaunches, processing may take longer than usual.
How will I receive my tracking?
When the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and, whenever available, the tracking number.
Tracking may take some time to become active after it is issued by the carrier.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete details at the time of purchase. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@importsclubs.com.
It is not always possible to change an address after an order enters processing or dispatch.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, exchanges and returns may be accepted within Imports Club policy conditions.
In general, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, within the stated period, and in line with store criteria. Used, damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant items may be refused.
Do you have 14-day returns?
Imports Club works with returns within 14 days, under applicable conditions. This does not mean every return is automatically free or accepted in every situation.
Conditions depend on item condition, timing, packaging, return reason, store criteria, and rules applicable to each case.
Are products always available?
Availability may vary. Some items may have limited stock, be part of drops, or depend on supplier availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order, our team will contact the customer with the best possible solution.
