Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Imports Club processes and ships orders placed at importsclubs.com.

1. Shipping destinations

Imports Club ships orders to customers in Europe. Shipping availability may vary depending on country, product, carrier, logistics restrictions, or the details entered at checkout.

2. Order processing

After payment confirmation, the order enters processing. During this stage, we validate details, prepare the order, and organise dispatch.

Processing time may vary depending on item availability, order volume, campaigns, drops, holidays, weekends, or additional validation needs.

3. Shipping confirmation and tracking

When the order is dispatched, the customer will receive shipping confirmation and, when available, a tracking number.

Tracking may not show immediate updates. In some cases, the carrier takes time to activate or update the shipment status.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, carrier, product type, availability, logistics volume, and possible external delays.

Imports Club aims to work with clear and updated information, but should not promise unrealistic delivery times or guarantee absolute dates when delivery depends on third parties.

5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address at the time of purchase.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or prevents delivery, the order may be delayed, returned, or require additional costs. If you notice an error, contact support@importsclubs.com as quickly as possible.

It is not always possible to change details once the order is processing or dispatched.

6. Orders returned to sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, refused delivery, failure to collect, or another reason outside Imports Club control, the team will review the case and indicate available options.

Additional reshipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the situation.

7. Delays

Delays may occur due to factors such as order volume, customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, carrier limitations, or other external circumstances.

Whenever possible, Imports Club will help the customer follow the situation based on available information.

8. Items shipped separately

When an order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and logistics. If this happens, the customer may receive more than one tracking number or deliveries on different dates.
